Low cost value-for-money service doesn’t mean I cut corners to produce rock solid performance standards. In fact, I take a very holistic approach to PC maintenance, providing you with the best possible results I can obtain from your PC.
My work ethics prohibit me from taking you for mug which allows me to give you results you wouldn’t expect for such a low price. Working from home cuts my overheads allowing the savings to be passed on to you.
To add to your savings I can use FREE Editions of common essential software including; Anti-Virus, Firewalls, Anti Spyware and Office Suites. These products can get you up and running and let you surf the Internet with peace of mind!

My standard labour rates are $35/hour for all other services except that outlined on this page which is capped at $60 for cash only, otherwise the capped fee is $70 for all other payment types.
Payments
All payments other than cash are subject to clearance before completed work will be released for delivery.

I accept Cash, Cheques, Money Orders, Direct Deposit and Credit Cards via PayPal online. (Credit Card payments attract a 2.5% surcharge.)

All other services will incur their respective charges and are not included in the the $60 labour cap.
No other charge will be incurred by you without consultation.
1. You must pay with cash!
2. Your PC must have a valid Windows Operating System (OS) installed -or- you would like to have a valid Windows OS installed or upgraded.
3. I only work from home and do not do home visits, so you are required to deliver & pickup your PC from my home. Alternatively, you can have a courier do this for you.
4. My offer is restricted to the following;
- Microsoft Windows XP (Home & Pro)
(WIN98/ME accepted if upgrading to XP with full format, athough these OS's are usually installed on harware that will not handle XP.) - Home Users only!
- Virus, Malware, Spyware or Adware removal. (Includes advice & action on future protection against these online theats, including free & paid options)
- Operating System Installations, Reloads & Repairs.
- Hardware Upgrade such as Motherboard, Add-in device (AGP/PCI), CD/DVD Drive or other storage device, HDD, CPU and Memory (RAM), or any Peripheral Device (e.g. Printer or Scanner).

The service offered by the $60 deal is limited to certain areas of computer maintenance and is outlined above, however, if the shedule of maintenance is not outlined above and you feel your request for service should be covered by the $60 cap please contact me with your request.
All work covered by this offer is subject to my discretion and approval. Decisions are usually made over the phone, but may take up to 24 hours during busy times. Due to the low cost repair offered it may take 3 days to 2 weeks to repair your computer during busy times.
All work must be paid for upon completion and picked up within 2 weeks of notification of completion of work. All machines not picked up within 3 months of notification will tranfer right of ownership to CritterBuilt Computer Services (unless otherwise notified) to be sold to recover service costs and storage fees of $2.20 per day accrued after initial two week holding period.
Most Internet connected computers today become cluttered with a variety of viruses, spyware or malware. In addition to this it is most common to find general software conflicts between programs you have installed and/or uninstalled correctly. There is also basic Hard Disk Drive maintenance that needs to be performed after all the crap has been removed.

These processes can take up to 12 HOURS to be performed correctly depending on the size of your HDD and the speed of your CPU and the volume of memory (RAM) your computer has.
